Accounting and Letter writing skills required Description: - Administer proper coding and manage invoices and document all processes and systems. - Preparation of payment certificates for contractors - Monitor all account payable checks, prepare invoices for all and prepare updates on all accounts. - Maintain files on all account receivables and update records as required. - follow up with clients for payments - Manage monthly journals, update entries and maintain log for fixed assets. • Must have at least 2 years UAE experience Prepare reports of payrolls on monthly and fortnightly basis. - Ensure efficient client services and provide support to administration staff. - Maintain all files and invoices - prepare all financial data and reports. - Manage all petty cash - Good Communication skills - assist the Accounting Manager and office support. • Must be able to start immediately. • Should have good knowledge of financial principles • Should have good command over Microsoft Excel • Excellent communication skills in English Competencies to include: • Accounting • Financial Control & Analysis • Cash Flow • Cost Control • Internal Auditing • Analyzing and investigating annual and monthly financial accounts • Undertaking financial administration. • Developing and managing financial systems/policies
