Reports directly to the supervisor and Assistant Manager. 2. Interacts and co-operates with the Restaurant Manager, Chef de Rang. 3. Interacts with guests and outsiders as appropriate. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Should be thoroughly aware of Al Falamanki Standards. 2. Ensures personal grooming and uniform is to the required company standards. 3. Complies with the health, safety, hygiene and fire policy. 4. Participates in training sessions, briefings and meetings as required. 5. Greets guests upon arrival, provides chairing assistance and presents the menu if possible. 6. Checks reservations, brings and delivers messages to the guest table. 7. Attends to special guest’s requests and offer assistance in a professional manner. 8. Promotes image of restaurant by displaying impeccable manners, diplomacy and tact towards restaurants guests and management. 9. Responsible for updating client’s data and profile such as regular guests. 10. Assists in filing reservation sheets and some other paper work. 11. Observes, anticipates, accommodates and relays client’s needs to the appropriate Al Falamanki staff. 12. Bid farewell to guest on departure. 13. Communicates with Valet Parking in case of full house. 14. Reports any problems to the supervisor on duty. 15. Performs related duties and special projects as assigned by the management.
