Candidate must have proven experience of graphical design, with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and similar applications. Candidate must have proven track record of value creation in previous company, as well as achievement. Candidate must be able to work under constant pressure from the management to let the team achieve KPI in a stressful and inquisitor environment. Candidate must cohabit with micromanagement from higher management but at the same time be able to perform exactly the same without micromanagement. Candidate must be able to accept and report constantly his, and his team, daily time management upon constant request from the higher management. Role in the company: We are looking for a young, dynamic and creative graphic designer with experience in Photoshop, and Illustrator. The candidate will produce designs that get the organization's messages across with high visual impact and ensure consistency and respect to the brand guidelines. Should be able to work independently and create artwork for promotions, ads, brochures, newsletters. Prepare materials in digital format to be used for print, web and other visual form of communication To liaise with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality and according to the brands guidelines. Video editing abilities will be considered a plus.
