Responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that all reservations are handled according to the brand standards - Ensures room reservation requests, changes and cancellation received via telephone, fax, email and/or in person in an accurate, complete and timely manner. - Full comprehension of all areas of Room Reservations (including FIT, Groups and ERS) - Ensures proper guest and company profile management - Ensures pro-active preference collection. - Ensures up-selling and cross-selling - Ensures proper guest incident handling. Takes proactive measures to eliminate re-occurring incidents. - Ensures daily quality checks are carried out to ensure all reservations have been handled according to company and property standards. - Ensures he/she and the team has a complete and comprehensive product knowledge in relation to guest rooms, meeting & event facilities, F&B outlets, other facilities and services of the hotel, packages, promotions and programs. - Leads and directs the reservations team.
