To define standards in automation and digital usage for McDermott across the yards Establish the Digital COE (Center of Excellence) by setting up the technical standards, guidelines, governance process Collaborate with the cross functional team to define Digital opportunities. As part of a Digital COE team,solve business problems using digital concepts. Work closely with other COE teams to align technology Lead the technical design & delivery for digital solutions across he company Work closely with vendors/system integrators in delivering technical project deliverables. Ensure user adoption & drive consumption of the digital solution Strong Digital expertise Experience in application development, design and analysis tools Strong ability to communicate deep analytical results that resonates with the users Demonstrate track record for global digital implementations Demonstrated ability to think strategically and deliver strong execution. Strong communication and presentation skills.
