A Dubai Municipality approved engineer-- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management possessing a background in MEP (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting and fire alarm) in high-end villa projects. 2. A well-experienced and professional engineer having a comprehensive knowledge of all operational aspects in high-end villa projects. 3. Possessing an associated civil, engineering or construction related qualifications with at least ten (10) years of minimum experience preferably with high-end villa projects. 4. A proven track record successfully managing high-end construction projects from AED500M++ in value. 5. Will be a confident and assertive communicator and leadership skills that can think quickly and offer solutions to complex construction issues. 6. Must possess a comprehensive knowledge in the field of computer and proficient both in written and oral English communication skills. 7. Experience with a developer is not essential but can be a plus factor. Summary:  A candidate having a strong background in general contracting, real estate development and construction having a record in managing high-end construction projects. A candidate who exceeds the expectations of the Owner by finishing the projects on time and meeting within the budget range.
