Hands on experience on Avaya Fabric Network especially VSP 4000 devices, and should be able to do Level-1 Support to network incidents. L1 System Support for desktops, laptops, Network, printers, telephony, email, ect.. Must Have skills : - Experience in Installing & Configuring Avaya VSP 4000 - Experience in Installation and configuration Avaya Aura Communication Manager Suite - Good understanding of AMS for Avaya Communications Manager (Linux based IP/TDM PBX convergence System), Avaya Aura Application Enablement Services (4x, 5x, 6x), - Good to have knowledge of Avaya Media Gateways, Avaya Media Servers, Avaya Aura Call Recorder - Knowledge of Avaya Aura System Manager, Avaya voice mail, AEP, AES, ASM, ACM, Avaya SBC, Avaya Voice Gateways, Avaya Agent Desktop - Knowledge on Integrations of Avaya with third party PBX [CISCO] and Avaya IP Office - Worked on Avaya Flare, Avaya One-x Mobile client, Avaya One-x Attendant - Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve PCs/Laptops software issues (1st level support) - MAC support experience preferred Note : Candidates Immediately Available to join & currently in UAE should only apply.
