Reporting to the Admin Manager, you will lead and supervise the Front office team professionally. You will also deal efficiently with complaints and should have a solid customer service approach, ensuring the highest standards of service in accordance with the operating procedures and Mediclinic Standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or management etc. Previous experience in the Healthcare industry. Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience with at least 3 years of managerial experience within a healthcare setting Thorough knowledge of the Hospital service offering and everyday billing rules or applications. Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Strong Finance experience and exposure. Key Outputs Maintain a professional work environment Supervision of front office staff and clear allocation of responsibilities to PAC. Ensure administration management of Front Office functions are managed and monitored inclusive of Reception, Switchboard, Check-ups, Admission & Discharge and function of the hospital. Ensure OPD revenue targets are met and resources are optimally utilised like doctor leave planning, clinic utilization, timely dissemination of information etc. Continuous monitoring of patients access to care Management of patients complaints Other Information More All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
