Reporting various regulatory risks in RBG units & maintaining a high level of internal control Knowledge, Skills and Experience To keep a track of the SOP, SLA's, OPM documents for the unit assigned under RBG for revision and update on a regular basis. Responsible for highlighting OPS risk for the unit assigned, Co-ordinate with unit heads to mitigate such risks and prepare reports on various high risk items to be reviewed by Manager OR&G. Periodically visit the unit assigned for conducting internal audits in line with OR policies to ensure Audit readiness. Monitoring the implementation of action plans to address risk indicators reported in OR and previous audit reports. Assist the manager OR&G in implementation of all aspects of the risk function, including implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risks. Monitor early warning/trigger systems for breaches of the bank's risk appetite or limits through sampling and visits. Prepare a detailed risk frame work report for the unit assigned in RBG along with the Manager OR &G for management reviews. Identify gaps in implementation of OR policies and highlight the same to Manager OR & G for further recommendation for dispensations. Provide training and support to partners within RBG Units for implementation of RCSA. Accountable for creating a monitoring device to review compliance of operational risk, reputational risk, Treating Customer Fairly policy, and local regulations including but not limited to customer data privacy, information security and use of third party agency guidelines
