Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, generates new business opportunities through establishing and maintaining business relationship with potential clients and negotiating prices with the latter to close the business deal. Key Results Area: • Business or Market Leads • Sales Proposals • Liaison between Customer and the Company Job Description: • To work as Sales In the Office supporting outside sales engineers with technical data • Responding to customer requirements for submitting, Warranties and other related documents. • To support outside sales in coordination with production for responses related production schedules etc.. • To take control of big projects as far as customer priorities, raw material scheduling and arrival etc... • He need to have a firm technical capacity, good communication skills, good reporting skills and database creation, good people's skills. • He does need to have a long Sales Experience but needs to meet personality and skills requirements. Person Specification: • Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering Degree, certificate courses in Sales or Marketing is an advantage. • Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in sales. • Must have sound knowledge in building construction, steel structure, facade and panels. • Must have established business network for potential business relationship. • Excellent Communication Skills in English language (oral and written). • Proficiency in MS Office Application and other desktop utilities. • Proven Negotiation Skills • Diplomacy and Decision-Making Skills • Good communication skills in English. • Strong technical skills, Organizational skills, Analytical skills, Commercial awareness 1.
