Employment Type: Full Time Monthly Salary: 8,000 - 11,999 AED Benefits: Medical benefits, Air ticket, Leave salary, Free Transportation and other facilities as per HR Polic Minimum Work Experience: 2-5 Years Minimum Education Level: Masters Degree Listed By: Employer Company Size: 201-500 Employees Career Level: Senior Description: • We are looking for Qualified Accounts and Finance Professional with experience in retail sector. • (UAE /Home country Experience Preferred) • Key Responsibilities: • 1) To prepare financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasting, annual budgets, and other Finance & Business related reports required by top management. • 2) Keep up to date with company policies and procedures, federal and state policies and current accounting standards. • 3) Update Finance & Accounts policies time to time basis as per the international standards. • 4) Conduct and coordinate Internal & External audits of company accounts and financial transactions and inventory transactions. • 5) Receive record and authorize requests for disbursements. • 6) Monitor financial activities and details. • 7) Motivate, develop and lead finance teams with the aim of achieving significant business achievements. • 8) Effective planning to deliver robust, reliable and on-time budgets, both short term and long term, including corporate and business appraisals. • 9) Provide necessary strategic inputs for turnover improvement, gross margin optimization and effective cost control. • 10) Monitor the branch wise business status (actual VS budgeted of turnover and margin).
