Design, generate BOQ and Cost estimate for AV systems, CCTV (IP & Analogue), Access Control, Intruder Alarm, structured cabling. 2. Should be able to understand the drawings, specifications of the low current systems provided by the client/consultant. Raise RFIs. 3. Compile tender documents with full commercial & contractual understanding 4. Attend clarification meetings with client / consultant. 5. Technically & commercially Evaluate vendor offers and prepare comparative statements. 6. To meet the tough bidding time frame of clients and internal departments. 7. Knowledge of Project Phases, Engineering and Site Management manpower estimation concepts 8. Support the sales team in pre-sales presentations with clients. 9. Prepare and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts for the above ELV Systems Skills 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 2. Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Auto CAD 3. Ability to interface with multi-cultural peoples and to communicate well at all levels. 4. Good working knowledge of active components of CCTV, Access Control, AV systems
