Ensuring all SOC staff in the field are properly uniformed, trained and equipped with the necessary tools to perform the job. Ensure SOC workflow keeps running smoothly and allocate resources appropriately to tasks. Duties & Responsibilities Providing functional leadership to Security Operations Center team and management through development and implementation of policies and best practices in managing SOC. Ensuring all SOC staff in the field are properly uniformed, trained and equipped with the necessary tools to perform the job. Ensure SOC workflow keeps running smoothly and allocate resources appropriately to tasks. Improving SOC workflow and processes. Handle escalations from team and management. Monitor and review key metrics for SOC personnel on shift. Provide developmental and technical feedback to SOC personnel. Deliver detailed and executive summary report to the head of information security section. Promoting and analyzing corrective action procedures and recommending adjustments to processes as appropriate. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom Engg. / Equivalent qualification Minimum 5-6 years of Experience.
