Primary responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization's functions, working with the management teams. The position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices. In addition, he oversee the marketing, hiring service staff, inventory, outdoor catering, home delivery, ordering of food and supplies as well, optimize profits and ensure that customers satisfaction and maintenance are completed and in place according to company’s policy.
