Responsibilities: Track all roaming partners and Preferred Roaming Agreements on weekly basis for trends and take corrective actions / raise alarms Project revenue and cost on monthly basis for over 700 RPs based on PRA and Non-PRA. Steering Changes to be done as per SOP targets / Slabs & IOTs of various operators / plugging of traffic leakages. Coordinate with EDCH for cross-checking the accuracy of their reports Prepare Annual Budget for IR&MS and other reports like 5 Year Plans. Track the achievements vs budget Monitor roaming traffic and contact operators where LU success has dropped. Coordinate with IT, EDCH and Roaming Partners regarding any IOT Changes Any special projects / reports related to Tariffs and Revenue planning Interface with Company sections like PRA Teams, Operations, Marketing, EDCH to ensure all requirements are addressed, fulfilled and carried out systematically and professionally as per the plan. Monitor any roaming activities, both regionally and internationally, to keep Company current in this field. Desired Candidate Profile Education & Experience: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Engineering or Computer Science. MBA would be an advantage. Atleast 5 years working in telecommunication sector. Minimum 3 years of experience in International Roaming / Clearing Houses, preferably in PRA Analysis, traffic Monitoring and steering or PRA Settlement calculations Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work under pressure, multitask and coordinate between cross-functional disciplines. Analytical and sound judgment skills and attention to detail. Good communication and organizational skills.
