Understanding of fire fighting, fire alarm and security systems, products, service, and design. • Should be Engineering degree; Management Degree or Diploma • Monitor progress and performance of projects, take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. • Identify, develop, and gather the resources necessary to complete the project. • Prepare projects budgets by proper estimation of costs, resources, and time required to complete the project and monitor activities, allocate resources, and assign tasks to ensure these targets are met. • Prepare and follow-up on all invoicing for projects with a break-down and approval from the client. • Liaise with other operational areas in the organization (for example engineering, drafting, and technical) to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project. • Review all project files and ensure that all the documentation is approved and filed. • Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team. • Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones. • Ensure completion of all correspondence related to the assigned projects and submit status of projects to the Projects Director for finalization. • Coach and mentor project staff and assist them to solve problems.
