Your jobs involves planning and designing of interiors of building, residential, offices, bank, shops, hotels and restaurants. 2. Responsible for managing primary inventory work, made drafting of space plans, site measurement, elevations etc. 3. Communicates and provides recommendations to clients on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings, color schemes and color coordination. 4. Preparing a detailed working drawings, designs and plans with the use of CAD and 3D Max 5. Providing design ideas in form of drawings, or illustrations and material sample boards for presentation and for client’s approval. 6. Responsible for preparing BOQ and estimate material requirements and choosing the most appropriate materials. 7. Preparing / Submission of all requirements for approval to Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, EHS, CED, TECOM and Zoning. 8. Supervising the work that is being carried out on the site and reporting to the Managing Director and Project Manager for the work progress. 9.
