Duties and Responsibilities 1. Establishment of finance structure ensuring high quality deliverables and full compliance with IFRS, Company Policies, tax regulations and statutory requirements in UAE 2. Attending to daily finance and accounting functions of the company 3. Prepare quarterly forecast and yearly budgets of the company and determine the financial advantages 4. Prepare monthly Financial Statements and present the monthly report to the management to analyze 5. Follow-up on collections and establish and improve systems to reduce overdue amounts 6. Supervise and negotiate the procurement function ensuring the best interest to the company 7. Prepare and issue cheques in conjunction with each account 8. Control staff salary, bonus's, deductions, vacation and PH 9. Control all incoming and outgoing financials 10. Full understanding of Tally (Version 9) and or Quickbooks 11. Able to use Microsoft Office 12. Drivers License and Car is a huge bonus
