Reporting into the Management Team. Skills Required The successful applicant will need to demonstrate an enthusiasm for beverages industry, with one year’s experience in retail, food and beverage, hospitality. Must have confidence in handling private clients, be flexible and adaptable, with excellent customer service and communication skills. WSET is a desirable skill. Key Responsibilities: • Handling the whole customer purchasing life cycle from assisting with beverages choices to completing transactions and deliveries. • Dealing with VIP clients, ensure enquiries are both diplomatically and professionally handled at all times • Ensuring that stock replenishment, store presentation, merchandising and promotions meet brand standards • Ensuring that all stock movements and deliveries are well managed within the policy guidelines • Ordering and receiving stock from the warehouse and ensuring all stock movements are well manage • In the absence of Store Manager, responsible for the smooth and continued running of the store • Looking after and reporting on all your store responsibility to Store Manager.
