(Male INDIAN and Filipino Only) Roles and responsibility: - Maintain the General Ledger, Financial records and Inter-Company accounting - Perform period close activities in line with company policies and procedures - Preparation of various management reporting packs - Produce error-free accounting reports - Verify, post and reconcile transactions - Recording & analysis of revenues and expenses - Liaise with external auditors at year-end - Preparation of Cash Flow report - Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts - Provide cover for Accounts Payable functions when necessary - Maintain organized set of detailed records and files of financial transactions Requirements: - At least 5+ years related professional experience. - Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Tally is a MUST - Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal & Written) - Well-developed analytical ability and strong numerical skills - Real estate work background is an advantage - Bachelor’s / Master Degree Holder specializing in Finance / Accounting. - Hands -on mentality, strong communication skills, team orientation. - Well-developed analytical ability and strong numerical skills. - Flexible with timings. - Admin related works an advantage. - Driving License an advantage.
