Conduct project meetings with design dept. and collect tecnical details pertaining to projects. • Coordinate the collection and dissemination of technical information between/within the company and clients. • Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve an “on-time” result including follow-up with external suppliers to ensure timely response to action items. • Monitor program cost activity to achieve an “in budget” result. Communicating project progress to key stakeholders, such as the client, architects, engineers, planners, surveyors and so on. • Maintaining detailed and accurate site reports.
