Sales Executive - Hospitality

Company Name: MeatCo Employment Type: Full Time Monthly Salary: 8,000 - 11,999 AED Job Role: Sales Executive Benefits: plus commission, private medical, flight allowance Minimum Work Experience: 2-5 Years Minimum Education Level: High-School / Secondary Listed By: Employer Company Size: 1001-5000 Employees Career Level: Mid-level Description: You will be responsible for driving business into our restaurants, and increasing market/customer awareness of all our offerings, taking our restaurant group to the next level with a hungry and can do attitude. You will need to have a good understanding of our restaurants to provide accurate information to customers and clients and be able to construct bespoke proposals. Your role will require you to conduct show rounds, support the marketing team, and operations team. We want you to grow and maximise sales through new partnerships, corporate business, local communicates, events, and any party you see fit! You will demonstrate a passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service, have a positive attitude at all times and be able to cope well under pressure. Ideally you will have a proven track record of corporate sales within the hospitality industry preferably with an already established database of contacts, and a proven ability to close a sale. This is not a typical 9 to 5 job, and you will need to manage your own diary in line with the role. Obviously the benefits will be the salary and commission earned as a result for all your hard efforts. Please bring with you: • Excellent customer service and people skills • Sales experience within either the Hospitality Industry or travel trade is advantageous • Advanced negotiation and rapport building skills • Experience in managing multiple sites • Forward thinking • Skills to meet your targets and deliver your KPIs • Skills in telesales and face to face sales, proactively generating leads • Ability to define market and target audience, and develop these channels to generate sales and hit targets • Great planner, self-motivator and driver.
