Support in Developing business cases and initiatives and present them to agencies and sectors. Lead in designing and enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow by conducting technical analysis. Provides senior advice to technology portfolio manager supporting them on prioritizing the demands estimating Technical Allowances needed to complete a project. Preparing and delivering reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in systems across RTA. Technically assets and support PMO functions (Project Management Office) and reports in regards to technology and Digital projects performance, compliance and reporting. Act as the custodian of Project Management templates and maintain its validity and ensure its communication. Ensure the compliance of project management practices (Waterfall / Agile) aligned to RTA's project management methodologies. Participate in gathering Business demands by communicating with different business units, gather their requirements and consolidate them. Solicits and evaluate business requests to determine cost feasibility research and identify options and recommend solutions that best serve business needs across the RTA. Identifies and or review key performance indicators and develop cost/benefit analysis to forecast and measure benefits. Performs the post implementation reviews (PIR) for selected projects to ensure the successful completion of the project. Conducts periodic benefits realization analyses on selected existing systems to ensure full alignment with the business goals/ objectives after the closure of the project and/ or as needed and ensures that the end solution or services aligns with Digital strategy. Works closely with senior architects to develop and validate information, application, and infrastructure architecture that support end-users business cases and ensures compliance with RTA enterprise architecture standards. Facilitates Proof of Concepts (PoC's) in coordination with corporate architecture team to demonstrate to user users how solutions address their requirements. Acts as the first point of contact for any clarifications and concerns pertaining the project scope during the project initiation phases. Escalates issues/risks, and present periodic reports including strategy studies for projects delays and projects alignments toward strategic objectives and goals. Researches technology trends both in terms of business applications and process automation in details based on the best applications in coordination with concerned suppliers. Gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. Responsible for generating and compiling reports based on their findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues. Performs other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate. Skills Bachelor degree in IT / MIS/Computer Science from recognized university. 6years of relevant working experience. Excellent knowledge of business modelling standards, tools, and methodologies. Have experience with various best practices/standards in the market such as BABOK Experience working as a liaison between Business Units and IT, Examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. Performing research activities to gather information on latest developments in technology for business improvements. Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes. Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
