Hire Western/EU HR Recruiter and Sales for a Recruitment company (salary + commision)

We are hiring Recruiter and Sales for a Recruitment Company based in Business Bay. The candidate must be presentable with good English and expertise in the field of minimum 3 years. Western candidate is preference although any nationalities are encouraged to apply. Reporting line: Directly to the Managing Director Level: Middle/Senior Job description: •Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs. •Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport. •Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. •Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites. •Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. •Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements; negotiating with movers; arranging temporary housing; providing community introductions. •Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks. •Meeting and maintain the current clients list consisted of VVIPs, Royal, High-end and Hollywood clientele. •Act as a Client Relationship on behalf of the recruitment team and representing the company in front of the clients Experience and education: •University Graduate •Min 3 years of direct recruitment experience •Perfect English •Enthusiastic and genuine Package: •Basic salary is 5,000 AED plus commission (salary expected monthly including the calculation ranges 3,000 and above) •UAE employment visa ill be provided •Vacation •Ticket •Insurance Send your CV via Dubizzle.
