Business Development & Marketing Manager

We are a 6 months Abu Dhabi born high potential cosmetics company searching for a highly motivated & experienced person to position our company in the UAE market with a growth in the GCC within 2-3 years. Our company is opening a second branch in a local Mall in 6 weeks. Job duties required : -build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating & closing business relationships - identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events -locates potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, finanial tools, evaluating options, resolving internal priorities - close new business deals & implement marketing strategies to reach new customers and to keep our existing ones. -attend events & exhibitions related to our beauty field - spot the last trends and insights Required skills : - Bachelor's degree in business development & marketing - minimum 3 years of experience in UAE beauty market - arabic speaking is a plus - uae driving licence - motivated, passionate, loyal and willing to expand and make the difference in a niche sector - winner spirit only - Abu Dhabi resident
