Server Management such Windows Server 2008, Windows 2012 server & windows 2016 server. Building from the scratch for the site setup.  Strong Hyper-V & VM;s management.  Strong skill in Firewall & Security (eg. Sonicwall, CISCO)  Email exchange support (Office 365)  Addition Advantage ( knowledgeable in ERP Contract Master & SAGE)  ERP Implementation  ERP support to users SQL Server / Database management & support.  Primavera support  Telephones / AVAYA management console.  Ability to write and create user instructional manuals and documentation  Knowledge of project management system integrations, and data collection and integration  Ability to train and educate end users on system protocols  Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels of the organization and a diverse client base and employee population.  Ability to detect, analyze and solve system problems  Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.  Develop trends by monitoring and analysing incoming calls, problems and support requests  INDEPENDENT person.
