Qualification : B-tech Electronics & Communication. Diploma & fresher’s also preferred. · RF IBS Engineer · RF Optimization Engineer · Telecom – Civil Audit & Acceptance engineer. · Technicians RF IBS Engineer:- (3 Opening) Experience: - 2 - 4 years GCC/Etisalat experience is preferable. • Supervise IBS implementation technicians • Perform IBS site survey and prepare site survey report • Prepare PIP for IBS sites • Perform daily site visits to ensure that implementation standards and quality procedures are being followed by implementation technicians • Understand the IBS design and lead the implementation team to follow the design • Conduct passive-DAS testing and measurements using site-master • Prepare IBS site folder documentation • Perform periodic reporting on the daily and weekly implementation progress • Coordinate with site building management for access and for work plan • Interaction with customer and clarification of technical issue • Serious Compliance & vigilance of Reporting • Responsible for sub-contractor management/In-House Team Skill:- • Engineering degree. • Experience in IBS implementation is highly recommended. • Experience in Active-IBS implementation is a plus. • Should be very good in English. • Should be comfortable working in the field for extended hours. • Should have good understanding of the RF fundamentals and RF propagation basics • Should be experienced in AutoCAD. • Should be experienced in using RF Testing tools. • Should be able to do multi-tasking RF Optimization Engineer:- (1 Position) Experience: - 4 - 8 years UAE/Etisalat experience is preferable. • Optimization including: -Coverage optimization, Parameter routine audit and Parameter Optimization. • Neighbor cell/PSC audit & optimization -Interference monitoring and detection. • Alarm monitoring and resolved -Capacity audit and expansion suggestions. • KPI monitoring and reporting -Worst cell analyze and troubleshooting -VIP zone, VIP user care -Key event assurance -Expansion proposal -New features introduction. – • Multi Carriers solution experience. • Need to drive a team of walk test/drive test Engineers • Need to interact with customer on regular basis and get the site acceptance after optimization. • Report analysis and provide optimization suggestion Skills • Minimum qualification Bachelor’s Degree (in Electronics / Telecommunication) • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the WCDMA & LTE • IBS experience is preferable • Familiar with operator’s framework, process, business and operations • Able to work both independently and collaboratively with other teams, business units and business partners to achieve a cohesive transformation Solution. • Strong Telecoms or IT industry experiences and broad knowledge in processes and Tools • Strong problem solving skills, quick learner and self-motivated team player • Ability to perform job functions to standards under pressure of tense/confrontational Situations. • Excellent written and & oral communication skills in English. • Has the capability of technical optimization, support for the equipment of Huawei & Ericsson • Willing to travel. • Huawei/Ericson Experience is a must. • Skill in RNP&O tools such as GIS tools (MapInfo), testing tools (Probe, TEMS etc.), • Huawei/Ericsson OSS tools Monitoring & Analysis tools experience: - (M2000, Nastar Server, PRS, Assistant, WEB LMT) • Familiar with MS office package Telecom/Civil Audit and Acceptance Engineer: - (1 Position) Experience: - 5+ years UAE/Etisalat experience is preferable. • Lead the team of Outdoor telecom projects • Perform Quality Inspections and visits to Mobile Sites. • Prepare/update/compile site related documents (Site Folder). • Prepare and fill all related check lists and site audit reports. • Provide constructive solutions to the snags found at sites. • Follow up to have snags cleared on time. • Perform site specific measurements such as VSWR, BER, Feeder sweep test, etc. • Inspect all civil, power, link and earthing issues including tower climbing, inspection of Microwave Links, Fiber Optics inspections, earthing measurements, etc. • Perform TRA compliance for Human Exposure to Non-Ionizing Radiation. • Maintain a full database of site visits, snags, clearance, visit schedules, etc. • Follow-up with contractors to ensure clearance of snags as per customer requirements. • Perform quality inspection and acceptance for customer Wi-Fi access-points. • Any other tasks assigned by customer, including but not limited to, developing reports for trends as per implementation subcontractors, management reports, etc. Skills • Minimum qualification Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering) • Basic knowledge and experience in Power systems used in GSM sites • IBS experience is preferable • Basic knowledge and experience in Telecom equipment and standards used by ETISALAT • Should be experienced in using RF Testing tools. • Should be able to do multi-tasking • Excellent written and & oral communication skills in English. • Willing to travel. • Huawei/Ericson Experience is a must. • Skill in RNP&O tools such as GIS tools (MapInfo), testing tools (Probe, TEMS etc.), • Familiar with MS office package Interested candidates please send CV along with Cover letter to : rajeshkr at mailme.ae
