Employment Type: Full Time Monthly Salary: 2,000 - 3,999 AED Minimum Work Experience: 2-5 Years Minimum Education Level: Bachelors Degree Listed By: Employer Company Size: 11-50 Employees Career Level: Mid-level Description: The primary purpose of this position is to design and configure ICT solutions in an inside sales environment. Inside Sales Representative is responsible for creating quotes based on requested/given configurations as required by Sales or Technical Team. • Develop, write and deliver Bill of materials for Sales Team for their prospective decision makers. • Prepare accurate quotations in timely manner. • Collaborate closely with assigned field based account teams. • Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFQs (Request for Quote). • Provides information and obtaining answers to customer questions, generating quotations. • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently on several different tasks simultaneously, setting priorities while ensuring completion of tasks under minimal supervision. • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and OEM’s to assist with special pricing and vendor driven programs. • Responsibility of backing up their ISR Team during peak times, PTO, unexpected absences, etc. • Work closely with company’s internal and external resources to generate additional prospects through research/reports from the company CRM and other sources. • Generate and present customer proposals and ensures company’s and vendor processes are followed on transactions (contracts, registrations, credit requirements, etc). • Transfer opportunity knowledge to appropriate team members to ensure seamless hand-off. • Work closely with the internal team members and external Sales and Service teams to insure high customer satisfaction. • Provide customer support to our dynamic sales organization. Serving those from Channel, vendors representatives, to end user customers with quotation preparation.
