Coordinate with Production Manager and supervise the best use of both labour and materials for site Installation works. Support and supervise work of site installation workers Managing the priority of work (& re-prioritizing) to achieve site installation work-target as per planned times. Duties * Supervise work to maximize on the skills and competence of the workforce and meet agreed site-work completion requirements. * Request any materials not yet delivered to site * Ensure materials and products delivered to site meet quality requirements prior to commencement of installation works. * Coordinate works requirements through the staff working in your area of responsibility and ensure they are kept informed of production programme deadlines, targets and changes etc. * Receive and check all works instruction where practicable and ensure they are adequate and complete before commencing work. * Resolve or assist to resolve site installation or product quality issues raised with the project manager or production manager where necessary. * Report on a daily basis on progress of jobs and raise early alert of risk of not meeting deadlines. * General housekeeping of all site installation areas, walkways, etc. * Coordinate overtime requirements with project manager. Required experience / skills Requirements * Joinery Experience / Qualification essential (this is a must) * Good communication skills with other staff essential. * Flexible working hours to work late hours and Friday mornings as required. Nationality-INDIAN or FILIPINO Required language: • English or Hindi Required license or certification: • Driver's License-Candidates with Driving License is preferred.
