Lead the business towards achievement and expansion in line with company mission and vision. Sales Executives are responsible to prospect generate additional sales and market shares. The position required cold calling and field visit to generate permanent sales. Key Tasks: • Outline a strategy to target the Market • Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business • Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service needs • Complete scheduled and cold calling prospecting activities to establish first and follow up • Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly • Initiative and follow up with sales process from initial contract phase till closure. • Serve as point of contact for customers and answer their service related queries in person and on the phone • Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners and clients • Develop business strategic plans and procedure for market that ensures achievement of company sales • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop sales collateral suitable for target market and accomplish best result • Continuous work works for organizational process improvement, providing input to the sales and marketing teams to refine processes and cater to new and emerging market opportunities • Create sales presentation with various business settings to highlight products and to drive sales • Arrange business meetings with Department heads to review sales • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance • To conduct seminars and presentation to community about Kcal healthy fast food ,health and nutrition • Contribute to the planning and creation of sales and promotion • Regularly meet the management to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals and status of prospective customer • Salary package between AED 6,000 – AED 8,000 Education and Experience • Bachelor Degree • 3-5 years experience in sales • UAE experience and driving license • Nutrition experience is an advantage Requirements • Posses strong presentation ,negotiation and closing skills • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies • Work under sales target • Strong communication skills with strong business related knowledge • Must be self motivated and able to work independently to meet and exceed goals • Should hold Sales training • Candidate should have experience in phone handling
