MEP CSD (COMBINED SERVICES DRAWING) DRAUGHTSMAN - Should and handle and prepare Coordinated Shop Drawings and Detailed Design drawings on Autocad - Detailing and Combined Services Drawing (CSD) for site implementation. - Preparing Coordination Drawings to meet the Site Condition and Client Requirements - Coordinating with s Engineer and assure the approval of Shop Drawings. - Implement Consultant Comments - Must have previous experience in a drafting role - Academic or professional training in drafting would be preferred - Excellent communication skills - Ability to fluently communicate in English, written and spoken is essential. 1 no. PLUMBING & DRAINAGE DRAUGHTSMAN - MEP layouts as per the Client Requirements. - Preparation of Plumbing & Drainage shop drawing for consultant approval. - Preparing Schematic Drawings for Plumbing, drainage and water supply. - Preparing external drainage and coordination for MEP Services. - Rectifying of drawing due to Coordination Shop Drawings. 1 no. ELECTRICAL DRAUGHTSMAN - Preparation of Electrical and ELV shop drawing for consultant approval. - preparation of single line diagram - Designing and preparation of lighting and power Layout drawings etc - designing of cable size and tranformer - Electrical Load estimation and preparation of schedule - Preparing Schematic Drawings. - Rectifying of drawing due to Coordination Shop Drawings. - Must have minimum 2 years experience. - Can join immediately.
