The ideal candidate will be either newly ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent) qualified or working towards their qualification, carry a good academic track record, solid technical ability and commercial mind set. Previous exposure to the construction industry would also be advantageous. Based out of our regional central office in Dubai, key duties will include; - Responsibility for processing standard month end procedures accurately - Liaising with local teams across the region to ensure reporting deadlines are met - Balance sheet schedules & reconciliations across the group - Reconcile & analyse inter-company trading accounts - Analyzing variances to budget & forecast - Responsibility for maintaining other routine & commercial reports - Maintaining various lease contracts across the group - Monitoring actual cash flow performance against forecast Please ensure CVs are enclosed with all applications.
