Main responsibilities for this role include: - Conduct business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analysis to align ICT solutions with business initiatives; - Work with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most suitable technical, application or configuration solutions; - Solicit, develop, document and manage requirements, and provide detailed design and business rules to support the requirements throughout the project life cycle up to and through change control; -Create, review and deliver end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training where required; -Work with relevant users to select or create appropriate scenarios to test all results to determine whether system changes meet project specifications. Skills 4+ years of Systems / Business Analysis experience with the ICT industry: - A Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field preferred; - Knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills; -Ability to communicate with and influence partners and senior mangers across multiple departments.
