Employment Type: Full Time Monthly Salary: 2,000 - 3,999 AED Minimum Work Experience: 1-2 Years Minimum Education Level: High-School / Secondary Listed By: Employer Company Size: 11-50 Employees Career Level: Junior Description: Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide high level of customer service • Adhering grooming standards .Observe and practice safe work habits like wearing hand gloves, safety shoes etc. • Meet and greet customers in a friendly professional manner. • Received food orders, or enter into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff and collect payments from customers. • Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. • Serve food or beverages to customers, and prepare or serve specialty dishes as per set standards. • Present menus to customers and answer questions about menu items, upselling • Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods if asked by guest. • Ensure the food preparation , portioning and serving process and met and are consistent as per the set standards • Maintain proper inventory and stock maintenance . • Ensure food is correctly displayed as per given temperature and well managed. • Ensure delivery orders are taken correctly and delivered to the customer within the given time frame. • Maintains high levels of hygiene and safety at all times • Record and provide customer feed back.
