Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Responsible for execution of the strategy with a focus on new customers: • Owns strategy application for allocated area of responsibility • Understanding the specific nature of the targeted customer base and tailoring the approach accordingly • Responsible for market communications plan for area of responsibility • Create relationships for allocated opportunities /regions • Developing, leading and enhancing strategic partnerships to facilitate business growth • Opportunity capture strategies and performance • Responsible for identifying opportunities for allocated area of responsibility • Identifies partnership needs in order to develop and meet the needs of customers and / or opportunities • Identifies training, collaterals, joint presentations, trade show participation etc needs • Manages related consultants • Assists and supports the development of the strategic plan Essential • Experience in successfully growing business • Demonstrable experience in growing strategic alliances and partnerships to the benefit of business growth • Experience in selling services, systems and/or products • Experience in securing large contract sales • Building and maintaining client relationships • Deal shaping and negotiation skills Applicants must be able to work independently and take on full responsibility to expand and develop our latest business operations within the UAE and neighboring regions.
