Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced senior project Manager who is willing to take responsibility of delivery for one of Dubai's most prestigious brands. As part of Mirum, this person will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of a global website in over 13 languages on the Sitecore Platform. This person will work closely with both our internal delivery team and client, and must demonstrate an ability to manage a team of 8 people and multiple suppliers in a dynamic fast paced environment. Required Skills and Experience You have worked on a large website either client or agency side that has a high volume of content and campaigns being launched each month. 5-7 years of experience managing interactive projects, preferably in a consulting or agency environment Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred Advanced knowledge of one or more of the following: software development life cycles, web technologies, web development processes and the delivery of solutions with creative and engineering components, media and advertising projects, digital strategy projects Advanced understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings Ability to work on multiple projects and manage multiple project coordinators, leads and/or managers at one time Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Demonstrated ability to motivate staff/project team, inspire teamwork and take a leadership role Ability to solve complex problems with keen instincts and organizational experience Expert Microsoft Project and MS Office skills Must be able to simultaneously focus on big picture, details and driving results Strong knowledge of contract interpretation and negotiation 1-3 years of people management experience A bonus: Experience with a travel board or major travel brand. Experience with Sitecore 8.0 Experience working with website personalisation & optimisation You will be expected to: Work with a global team of content creators, digital marketers and your own team to create campaigns, upload new content, provide reporting and keep the site current on a daily basis. lead a team of 8 people drive operational processes and efficiencies highlight new business opportunities to senior management
