Electrical Engineer

Candidates Preferably from FMCG Backgound • Responsible for troubleshooting of any processing Machines controlled by PLC. • Hands on PLC experience including; Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi. • Practical inverters experience ( ABB, SEW, LENZE, ) • Responsible for troubleshooting of Metal Detectors and printing machines (video jet) • Experience with temperature sensors (PT100, thermocouples), proximity switch, photocell, fiber optic sensors. • Prepare consumption report of Department. • Assign the tasks and work to the technicians • Coordinating and supervise to technicians • Check & verify the work status. • Assist in the development of project schedules and manpower requirements. • Preparation of the reservation of the material and forward to store. • Testing installations and systems, and analyzing data • Make sure projects meet electrical and construction safety regulations. • Maintain the load on LT/HT Panels. • Comply with Safety, HACCP, procedures and standards. • Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes. • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices. • Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area.
