IMMEDIATE JOINING Server operating systems, Mac operating systems plus the candidate must be versatile, flexible and have a thorough understanding of networking. Should have detailed knowledge of networking solutions & products, Office 365, Cloud computing and Virtualization. Address hardware and software related problems and questions Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, file servers, Ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems; adds or upgrades and configures modems, disk drives, printers and related equipment. Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties. Build and deploy phones, workstations, laptops and related hardware Provide detailed reporting of troubleshooting activities within ticketing system Setup and maintain accounts within Active Directory Maintain accurate inventory management of assets assigned to the company Maintain up-to-date image and patches for desktops and laptops Troubleshoot remote desktop connection issues Assist with all IT- related projects Develop and conduct various training and instruction for the end users PBX ,networking ,access control systems ,structured cabling .
