Candidate should posses the knowledge and experience of preparing appealing and opulently designed Cakes, Desserts, French Pastries, Cup cakes etc. Innovative and creative design concepts and knowledges of recipes for Pastry & Desserts. Fast and smooth hand on working with cream icing, Ganache, Garnishing and decorations etc. Knowledge of baking sponges and handling multi decked ovens, rotary mixers and other miscellaneous bakery equipment. Candidate Friendly & Enthusiastic and willing to learn & share knowledge. Team player with ability to work in teams and go the extra mile in dispatching orders in a timely manner
