Duties & responsibilities: Review and recommend strategies for security compliance programs i.e SIEM. Building of use cases, creating processes and procedures to improve operational effectiveness for the SOC setup. Mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level staff in performance of their duties. Advanced configuration, troubleshooting and policy defining of SIEM, IDS/IPS and other SOC infrastructure. Handle escalations from team and management. Participating in other Information Security initiatives as needed. Deliver detailed and executive summary report to the head of information security section. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom Engg. / Equivalent qualification Minimum 5 Years of Experience
