Sales Associate - Arabic speaking preferred

We are looking to recruit a Sales Assistant to join our team in our new Store of luxury products located in Al Ain. In this role you will be responsible for: - Providing excellent customer service through helpful, friendly assistance in a sincere manner. - Providing customers withan enjoyable shopping experience - Greet and ascertain what each customer wants or needs. - Facilitate the interests of the best clients via the product and customer experience - Describe merchandise and explain to the customer about the brand and the quality of product. - Taking pride in your store and maintaining it to a high standard - Sales and commercially driven - Winning sales to meet targets - Following operating procedures - Compute sales prices, total purchases and received and process cash or credit payment. - Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotion, policies regarding payment and exchanges and security practives. - Inventory stock and requisition new stock. Desired Candidate Profile To be successful in winning this role, you will be able to demonstrate: Customer service skills with 1-3 years experience in customer service/sales/retail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills ideally in multiple languages (Arabic is a plus point), Familiarity with computer use Good presentation and excellent personal organisation A passion for the retail industry Comfort with shifts Ability to work in a team Pride in achieving individual targets Flexibility and punctuality Great energy Multi-tasking abilities Team player
