Employment Type: Contract Monthly Salary: Unspecified Minimum Work Experience: 5-10 Years Minimum Education Level: Bachelors Degree Listed By: Recruiter Company Size: 11-50 Employees Career Level: Senior Description: Responsibilities: • Inspecting, testing and repairing of Electronic Equipment (mainly IT equipment) for refurbishment and resale • Ensure the Sanitation or Secure Wiping of all reusable Hard Disk Drives. • Recruit, train, manage and support repair technicians • Quality testing and pricing of all IT Equipment for sale • Customer Liaison regarding all repairs (ensuring repairs are carried out correctly and to customer satisfaction) • Ensure all repairs and refurbishing are done timeously on a daily basis, setting specific targets • Customer sales, queries and problem resolution • Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on repair technicians’ productivity • Stock control of IT Equipment as well as all spare parts Requirements: • COMPTIA A+ Certification Required • Excellent command of English Language • Bachelor’s degree preferred, associate degree and 5 years of relevant IT experience required or high school diploma and 7+ years of required relevant IT experience. • At least 2 years experience in a Supervisor/Management position required. • MCSA certification strongly desired • Knowledge of Windows OS and desktop imaging required • Strong management and customer service orientation required Salary: Negotiable depending on Experience
