You will need: • An in-depth knowledge of all aspects of modern joinery manufacturing and a knowledge of the Fit out and wooden furniture would be an advantage. • Knowledge of all aspects of furniture construction, which includes but is not limited to; cabinets, furniture, wall paneling systems, doors, mouldings etc. • Fully conversant with all types of manual wood working machinery and to be fully conversant with all types of wood working CNC machinery and their associated programs. • Good leadership, organization & coordination skills. • Excellent communication & negotiation skills. The successful candidate should have at least 5 years experience in similar managerial position coupled with an Engineering qualification. UAE Driving license in an added advantage.
