The Applied technology High School system under the umbrella of IAT, has grown significantly from its original five to fourteen high schools, with a further 2 opening in August 2017. The schools are located across all the seven emirates of the UAE, and has its Directorate based in Abu Dhabi. ATHS provide distinctive secondary school programs that integrate career and technical education with a rigorous academic core. The Assessment Manager is a key part of the Applied Technology High School management team, reporting to the Director of High Schools you will be responsible for overall planning, organizing, staff development, and coordination of activities required for student assessment. This position will require on-site inspection of the proper implementation of diagnostic; formative; and summative assessments in IAT schools. It will also require identifying trends, improving practices, and informing critical decision-making. We are looking for candidates who must meet the following criteria: Bachelor’s degree Relevant experience within the education field Solid Experience in Exam Development and Data Analyses (related to student performance, not business field) Solid experience in Bloom’s taxonomy, Data mining, Technical Writing of reports preferred.
