You will be actively involved in the continuous improvement of our systems and automation with diverse tasks such as building reporting dashboards, configuring support contact channels, creating lean processes... You will use your Apex skills in order to develop and implement Salesforce improvements, automation and integrations. Required Education, Experience and Qualities: You are an expert MS Excel user. You have a good understanding and skill in using Apex within a Salesforce environment. You are tech savvy and have basic skills in one or more programming language. You are solution orientated and great at finding smart solutions to business and productivity issues. You have worked, at least one year, in a fast paced operational environment as an Salesforce developer or a business intelligence analyst with usage of programming and integration of multiple platforms. You have applied your skills toward continuous improvement and implemented solutions to increase efficiency of the operation in general.
