Duties & Responsibilities: • Review and analyze the sales, compare them, find the reason for increase or decrease and write a report with an action plan on how to improve • Study a LSM for each unit and elaborate a plan with a calendar • HR &Training: Review all training records, ensure all units has the proper training materials and plan a training calendar • Time management: Complete daily, weekly &monthly schedule • Administration: Be familiar with all paper work related to his job • Operations o Maintain and improve QSC standards in his restaurants o Ensure good results in visitations and OSA scores . • Sales & Profit: o Increase sales by setting a Local Restaurants Marketing plan and go help in his execution o Set a challenge for his restaurant managers to increase sales thru guests satisfaction and build of loyal customers o Monitor the P&L of each store and make sure the controllable are well managed o Spot check visitations for inventory count and for petty cash to look for any discrepancies and take correct actions o Encourage and push the sales for all promotional items and set a bonus to create challenge o Look for new possible locations for expansion of the brand Experience Year/Area: • Minimum 5 - 6 years’ experience in field management role within similar QSR environment • Personal Effectiveness / Interaction – Leadership, influence and communication, conflict resolution, teamwork • Results Orientation / Execution – problem solving, decision making, planning, performance management • Business / Technical Excellence – strong business acumen, specialized knowledge, stakeholder/customer focus • Strategic Thinking – strategic foresight, global thinking • Ethics and integrity • Commitment and drive • Appreciation of diversity • Enthusiasm
