About the Role: An exciting opportunity is opened for an experienced Senior Facilities Manager within the Facilities Management division of Al Futtaim Engineering. The Senior Facilities Manager will beinvolved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, in relation to buildings, premises, infrastructure and the business operational requirements.The Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for providing, maintaining and developing a multitude of services including security and health & safety. Such services range from property strategy, building, infrastructure and facilities maintenance, communications, administration and contract management for a number of outsourced engineering, maintenance employees and Energy Management Solutions. The Senior Facilities Manager will have to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities, and be able to handle multiple and often conflicting priorities. The Senior Facilities Manager also has to develop and maintain standard operating procedures, emergency response plans, preventive and predictive maintenance programmes and all technical documentation.Comply with and use of organisational procedures and policies governing FM procurement strictly accordance with the DOA limits. About You: To be considered for this exciting role, you need tohave a Bachelor's degree specialised in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or any related program. MBA is an asset. You should have minimum 10+years of professional experience in facilities management in large organizations. Experience in managing commercial, residential and labour camps.Extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and market conditions in the Middle East.Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an asset. Along with previous experience you must have a strong work ethic, competitive drive and entrepreneurial spirit.Highly motivated with excellent, effective communication skills.
