ompany Name: Access Engineering Consultancy Employment Type: Full Time Monthly Salary: 12,000 - 19,999 AED Job Role: Surveyor Minimum Work Experience: 10-15 Years Minimum Education Level: Bachelors Degree Listed By: Employer Company Size: 51-200 Employees Career Level: Senior Description: Urgently required a qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor – Contracts to work on various types of building project with following experiences: • Minimum 10 years experience in quantity surveying with 5 years experience in Consultant with building project in UAE. • Pre Contract & Post Contract experience in Consultant with contract administration skills. • Implementing cost controls and financial control procedures outlined in the construction contract. • Overseeing measurement of site works from drawings and evaluating the contractor’s monthly interim payments and • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook). • Working within a multidisciplinary team requiring contract administration skills. • Ensuring projects meet contract specifications and timescales. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain a successful client relationship. • Written and verbal reporting to Office Manager on Contractual and procedural matters for latest valuation, up to date progress, variation and client’s instructions.
