ompany Name: Newage Group Employment Type: Full Time Monthly Salary: 4,000 - 5,999 AED Job Role: Relationship Manager Benefits: Company Car & Attractive uncapped commissions, 25 days leaves Minimum Work Experience: 1-2 Years Minimum Education Level: Bachelors Degree Listed By: Employer Company Size: 11-50 Employees Career Level: Mid-level Description: The Role: • This person is responsible for building and maintaining a profitable loan portfolio including selling related bank products and services • May be accomplished through identifying and promoting solutions to fulfill client needs, obtaining referrals from existing customers, and maintaining an active calling program • Service customers seeking loan and/or deposit relationships with the bank • Interview applicants to develop information concerning their businesses and requirements, evaluate credit information and make relationship recommendations • Maximize the department’s profitability through the maintenance of a high quality loan portfolio • You will be responsible for sourcing, meeting customers (Individuals & Companies) for their home loans (mortgages) requirements and generating leads. • The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated and a proven account manager with a strong sales background. They will be excellent at building relationships and being able to adapt to the needs of the client and situation. • Sourcing & setting meetings with senior positions at Banks, Financial Companies and meeting real estate agencies for establishing a business to business relationship. • Manage the business pipelines & ensure that Leads generated by the real estate agencies or other brokers are dealt with in a speedy, effective and compliant manner resulting in increased sales of mortgage and protection products. • Stays informed on trends and developments in the local real estate market, as well as changing rules and regulations pertaining to bank's policies. • Promotes our culture by living-out the cultural pillars (People, Integrity, Partnership, Teamwork, and Fun) on a daily basis. Job Requirements: • Excellent English communication, Inter-personal relationship & Business Development & skills (Must have for this role) • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in the loans and banking/finance industry, including strong knowledge of real estate and business development. • Knowledge of systems including Microsoft Office, Excel and Presentation making skills.
