Requirements: - 2 to 5 years of experience - Graduate or Masters in accounting and finance - Excellent communication skills - Presentable and confident - Must be very sound in accounting and finance - Must be very sound in basis to advance principles of accounting - Must be aware of full areas of accounting e.g purchase cycle, sales cycle, GL, receivables reconciliation, parables reconciliation, bank reconciliation, month end and year end closing of accounts - Must have a "can do" attitude towards work - Must be excellent in accounting software like quickbooks, tally, xero - Must have good command on excel and word - Should be able to work alone without supervision. Full support from seniors will however be provided. - Must have attention to details - Must be able to work under tight deadlines - Must be able to handle a good portfolio of our clients - Must be able to provide valuable feedback to clients on the operations of their business - Must be able to analyze client's data and give powerful and valuable recommendations to the clients for their satisfaction. - Many more will be discussed in the interviews What does company provide: - Budgeted salary for this position is AED 3500 - We give 20% commission to our employees for the clients they refer to the company. This commission is ongoing on monthly basis. Further will be discussed in the interview. - Return ticket to home after 2 years - Increments based on performance of the candidate. Our employees mostly earn well with commissions. - Excellent training will be provided inhouse as well as from external trainers specifically from our master distributes of accounting software.
